Serves 4
1/3 c sour cream
1/2 c sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
1 md head lettuce, cut up
1 sm onion, thinly sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs
Combine whipped sour cream with sugar, salt
and vinegar; mix well. Combine lettuce, onion
rings and 1 sliced egg. Toss all lightly. Slice
remaining egg on top.
