COUNTRY MASHED POTATOES
Serves 6 - 8

6 to 10 potatoes
4 Tbs butter 
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Peel potatoes and cut into small squares. Boil
until easy to mash with a fork. Drain in a colander,
put in a large mixing bowl, add the butter, salt and
pepper. Mix at low speed till blended gradually add
the milk and beat at med speed till smooth and creamy.
