PARMESAN ARTICHOKE DIP

2 cans sliced artichokes
1 cup light mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Crackers

Chop artichokes. Mix with mayonnaise,
lemon juice, Parmesan cheese and garlic.
Put in small casserole; bake uncovered for
30 minutes at 350 degrees, or until lightly
bubbly. Serve on crackers.
