VENEZUELAN BEEF STEW

5 slices bacon, cut up
1 lb. beef round steak
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
4 oz. fully cooked ham, cubed
2 1/2 oz. sm. smoked sausage link
1 (4 oz.) pkg. pepperoni
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1/2 c. green peppers
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. beef broth
1 1/2 tsp. steak sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of ground cloves
1 1/2 c. cubed peeled potatoes
1 c. frozen tiny onions
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1 c. frozen peas

In a Dutch oven, cook until crisp.  Drain bacon and
set aside.  Reserve drippings in Dutch oven.  Cut steak
into squares and roll in flour and fry in bacon grease.
Stir in 11 ingredients.  Cover and simmer 1 hour.  Add
potatoes, onions, carrots.  Cover and cook 25 minutes
more, adding peas 5 minutes before serving.  Serves 10.
